You probably love avocado in the form of guacamole (so much so that you're willing to pay extra for it at Chipotle). Or you like to slice it and put on toast for breakfast. Both delicious options but there is *so* much more you can do with the versatile fruit. You can even make fries with it. Yes, fries! Here are some tasty and creative recipes that take your avocado game to the next level.

These super easy and super healthy rolls are the perfect after school snack. 

Avocado pasta salad
Pass the pasta, please. This salad is made with creamy avocado pieces and homemade avocado dressing, and topped with fresh cherry tomatoes and bacon bits.
