4 s'more recipes that will leave you wanting some more

 

S’mores are always a summer favorite. But now, there's no need for a campfire to have these tasty treats. Try changing it up a bit with one of these recipes that totally puts a twist on your favorite dessert!

 

S'mores Dip

What you'll need:

Graham crackers, chocolate chips, large marshmallows

Directions:

1. Pour chocolate chips into the bottom of a skillet.

2. Cover the chocolate chips with large marshmallows.

3. Place the skillet in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.

4. Use graham crackers to scoop up your delicious dip!

S'mores Bars

What you'll need:

Sugar cookie dough mix, graham crackers, chocolate bars, mini marshmallows

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix together the cookie dough and spread at the bottom of a pan.

3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

4. Cover the cookie layer with chocolate bars completely.

5. Sprinkle mini marshmallows on top.

6. Bake for another 5 minutes.

7. Slice into square bars.

S'mores Ice Cream Sandwich

What you'll need:

Chocolate ice cream, marshmallow fluff, chocolate icing, graham crackers

Directions:

1. Spread ice cream ¾ inch thick in a pan and freeze for 2 hours.

2. Break the graham crackers in half and spread marshmallow fluff on one half and chocolate icing on the other.

3. Cut ice cream into small squares.

4. Place the ice cream squares in between the two graham crackers.

5. Individually wrap and freeze for about 2 hours.

S'mores Cupcakes

What you'll need:

Chocolate cupcake mix, graham crackers, butter, marshmallow fluff, chocolate icing, mini marshmallows (optional)

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pan with paper liners.

2. Break graham crackers into small crumbs and mix with 2 tablespoons of melted butter.

3. Press crumbs into the bottom of each cup.

4. Mix together cupcake batter.

5. Pour cupcakes in pan (fill about ¾ of each cup).

6. Drop a tablespoon of marshmallow fluff into each cup.

7. Bake for 18-20 minutes.

8. Let cool, ice the cupcakes and decorate with marshmallows and extra crumbs (optional).
