1. Eligibility:

The NFL Teen Style Contest (the “Promotion”) will consist of a contest (hereafter, “Contest”) and a Sweepstakes (hereafter, “Sweepstakes”). The Contest is open only to those who are, as of the date of entry, girls who are legal permanent residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, between the ages of thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) years old. All entrants must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to participate in this Contest prior to participating. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the NFL Properties LLC (hereafter, “Sponsor”), The NFL Parties (defined as NFL Properties LLC, The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL International LLC, NFL Productions LLC, and each of their respective affiliates, owners, subsidiaries, shareholders, officers, directors partners, agents, representatives and employees, both individually and collectively), teamDigital Promotions, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies (hereafter collectively, “Released Parties”), and each such individual’s immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, any child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void where prohibited by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.

2. Contest Submission Period:

The Contest Submission Period starts at 12:00:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) on 9/28/15 and ends at 12:00:00 pm ET on 10/28/15 (hereafter, “Contest Submission Period”).

3. Voting/Sweepstakes Period:

The Voting/Sweepstakes Period starts at 12:00:00 pm ET on 11/23/15 and ends at 12:00:00 pm ET on 12/4/15 (hereafter, “Voting/Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How To Enter the Contest:

To enter the Contest in one of the three (3) ways outlined below during the Contest Submission Period, submit a photo of yourself in football themed attire (hereafter, “Photo”) and include a caption describing your NFL style (hereafter, “Photo Caption”):

Three (3) Ways to Submit a Photo:

1) Online: During the Contest Submission Period, visit nflteenstyle.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the registration form inclusive of uploading your Photo and Photo Caption.

2) Twitter: During the Contest Submission Period, tweet your Photo inclusive of the Photo Caption and the hashtag #NFLTeenStyleContest (“Twitter Hashtag”). Your Twitter account must be public to enter using this method. If you do not have a Twitter account, you can create a free Twitter account at www.twitter.com. Any Photo on Twitter tagged with the Twitter Hashtag may be eligible for entry into this Contest. Use of the Twitter Hashtag constitutes your unconditional acceptance to these Official Rules. All submissions must comply with the Twitter Terms of Service and Twitter Rules available at www.twitter.com.

3) Instagram: During the Contest Submission Period, post your Photo on Instagram through your Instagram account including the Photo Caption and using the hashtag #NFLTeenStyleContest (the “Instagram Hashtag”). Any Photo tagged with the Instagram Hashtag on Instagram may be eligible for this Contest. Your submission must include the Instagram Hashtag and your Instagram account must be public in order to be eligible. If you do not have an Instagram account, you can create a free Instagram account at www.instagram.com. By using the Instagram Hashtag in connection with your Instagram post, you are accepting these Official Rules and acknowledging and agreeing that the Sponsor has the right to stream your post through the Instagram API or otherwise use your post as set forth in its online Terms and Conditions at http://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy.

The Registration form (if applicable), Twitter and Instagram Hashtag, Photo, and Photo Caption shall be collectively referred to hereafter as the “Entry”. Limit one (1) Entry per person per day throughout the Contest Submission Period regardless of Entry method. In case of multiple Entries per day, only the first Entry that day received will be accepted. You may only use on (1) email address, Twitter account and/or Instagram account to participate in the Contest. If the original digital Photo was submitted at a lower resolution, save the original high resolution for potential future use by Sponsor and its designees. All Contest Entries must meet the Contest Entry Requirements set forth below. Entries must be submitted and received during the Contest Submission Period and no later than 12:00:00 pm ET on 10/28/15 to be eligible.

Contest Entry Requirements:

Photo must have been taken within thirty (30) days of Entry in order to be eligible. Photo must be original, on which no image editing software has been used and only include yourself. Photo must be submitted in JPG, JPEG or PNG file format, not exceeding 10MB in size. To be eligible, each Entry (and individual components therein) must be complete and be your original creation and solely owned by you. In addition, to be eligible, Entry must only be of you without any other individual and not include any third party packaging, logos or any other third party intellectual property or general property other than NFL Team names, logos or slogans (hereafter, “Permitted Marks”), unless requisite permission is obtained. If the Entry contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant (with the exception of Permitted Marks), and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the Entry, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use and exhibition of the Entry by Sponsor in the manner set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions in a form acceptable to Sponsor from any entrant at any time. Failure to provide such proof may, if requested, render Entry null and void. By submitting an Entry, entrant and her parent/legal guardian warrant and represent they consent to the submission and use of the Entry in the Contest and to its use as otherwise set forth herein. Entry cannot defame or invade publicity and/or intellectual property rights or the privacy of any person, living or deceased, or infringe upon any proprietary or other rights of any person or party. Entry may also not contain, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, any content that is sexually explicit or suggestive, violent or derogatory, profane or pornographic, contains nudity; promotes alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons (or use of any of the foregoing); promotes any activities that may appear unsafe or dangerous; promotes any particular political agenda or message; is obscene or offensive; endorses any form of hate or hate group; defames, misrepresents or contains disparaging remarks about other people or companies; contains trademarks, logos, or trade dress (such as distinctive packaging or building exteriors/interiors) owned by others, other than as outlined above; contains any personal identification (other than as provided in the registration form); contains materials embodying the names, likenesses, or other indicia identifying any person, including, without limitation, celebrities and/or other public or private figures, living or dead, without requisite permission; contains look-alikes of celebrities or other public or private figures, living or dead; communicates messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or good will to which Sponsor wishes to associate; and/or violates any law. Entries deemed by the judges and/or Sponsor, in their sole discretion, not in keeping with Sponsor’s image and values or in violation of these Official Rules will be void. In the event of non-compliance with any requirements specified herein or with any of the terms of these Official Rules, Entry will be void.

Message and data rates apply if you choose to enter or vote (as described below) using your mobile device. Incomplete Entries and/or Entries containing inaccurate entrant information will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The use of script, macro or any other device to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such Entries and Entries made by any other means which subvert the entry process will be void. In the case of a dispute as to the entrant who submitted an Entry, Entry will be deemed made by the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said Entry was submitted) and she must comply with these Official Rules. Other than as otherwise specified herein, neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on Sponsor’s behalf, will acknowledge any Entry (or portion thereof) received. Any Entry not meeting all Entry requirements stated herein will be void.

Sponsor grants to entrant a limited revocable, non-sub-licensable, license to use the Permitted Marks for the sole purpose of creating a Contest Entry. In addition, entrant recognizes that all of the right, title, and interest in the Permitted Marks shall vest exclusively in Sponsor, and entrant will not have or take any action that might harm or adversely affect such rights. No right, title, or interest in and to the Permitted Marks except for the limited license granted to entrant in these Official Rules is transferred or created.

By submitting an Entry, entrant and her parent/legal guardian hereby (i) grants the Released Parties, without any limitation of any other rights granted herein, permission for the Entry to be posted on nflteenstyle.com, nfl.com, and any other media platform as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (ii) acknowledges and agrees that her Entry may be shared via social media by third parties; and (iii) agrees that Released Parties are not responsible for any unauthorized use of Entries by third parties. Released Parties do not guarantee the posting of any Entry and may remove a posted Entry at any time.

By submitting an Entry, entrant acknowledges and agrees that Sponsor may obtain many Entries under this Contest and that such Entries may be similar or identical in theme, idea, format or other respects to others submitted under this Contest and/or other Contests staged and/or sponsored by the Sponsor, or to other ideas conceived by or provided to Sponsor and entrant and her parent/legal guardian waive any and all claims entrant may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Entry and/or other works accepted, reviewed and/or used by the Sponsor (or its designees) may be similar to her Entry. Except where prohibited by law, each entrant and her parent/legal guardian acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor does not have now, nor shall it have in the future, any duty or liability, direct or indirect, vicarious, contributory, or otherwise, with respect to the infringement or protection of any copyright in and to entrant’s Entry or any other right related thereto.

5. Determination of Contest Winners:

A) Contest Entry Judging Phase:

Round 1 of Judging Phase: All eligible Entries received will be judged on the following criteria by Sponsor:

1) Quality of Photo: 0-25 points;

2) Relevance to Contest theme: 0-25 points;

3) Best NFL Style: 0-25 points; and

4) Level of originality: 0-25 points (collectively, the “Judging Criteria”).

The ten (10) Entries with the highest scores, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed potential “Semi-Finalists” and advance to Round 2 of Judging. Sponsor reserves the right to advance fewer than ten (10) Semi-Finalist Entries to the next round if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. In the event of a tie, a separate tie-breaking judge or judging panel determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion will re-judge the tied entries based on the above Judging Criteria.

B) Contest Semi-Finalist Notification:

Potential Semi-Finalists will be determined on or about 11/2/15 and will be notified by telephone and/or email. Potential Semi-Finalists’ parents/legal guardians will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within twenty-four (24) hours of the date/time of issuance of notification.

Further proof or verification of identity and qualifications may be required along with a background check of Potential Semi-Finalists and their parents/legal guardians. Each Potential Semi-Finalist and their parent/legal guardian agrees to such check and agrees to provide full consent if required. Failure to comply with any of the forgoing may result in disqualification and, based on the Judging Criteria described above and time permitting, a runner-up Semi-Finalist may be identified to move forward to Round 2 of Judging at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In addition, at the discretion of Sponsor, potential Semi-Finalist’s Entry may be disqualified for any of the following: if entrant or her parent/legal guardian is charged with or convicted of a felony or misdemeanor, is not eligible based on the eligibility requirements set forth above, or if delinquent on a government ordered payment, such as but not limited to: child support, spousal support, alimony, tax payments, etc. Non-compliance with the foregoing or such entrant and parent/legal guardian's failure to comply with verification process and/or eligibility requirements, return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, the applicable potential winning Contest or Sweepstakes Entrant may be disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion and time permitting, awarding of prize and winner status to a runner-up.

C) Contest Semi-Finalist Photo Submission:

Upon verification, each Semi-Finalist will receive designated NFL branded apparel (the Semi-Finalist Prize as outlined in Section 6 of these Official Rules) to wear for a Semi-Finalist Photo submission that will be posted on nflteenstyle.com during the Voting/Sweepstakes Period. All NFL apparel orders for each Semi-Finalist will be sent upon receipt of Affidavits and verification of eligibility.

Each Semi-Finalist will then be required to submit one (1) new Photo of herself wearing the NFL apparel/gear that was sent to her, (hereafter the “Semi-Finalist Photo”). The Semi-Finalist Photo must adhere to all Contest Entry Requirements as set forth in Section 4 of these Official Rules. Semi-Finalist Photo must be submitted and submitted via email within two (2) days of the date of receipt of apparel or by 11/11/15, whichever is sooner, to be eligible to move onto Round 2 of Judging.

D) Interview Phase:

Round 2 of Judging Phase:

Upon receipt of the Semi-Finalist Photo, the teamDigital Promotions, Inc. will schedule a video and/or telephone interview with each Semi-Finalist and her parent/legal guardian. The interviewer(s) hosting the interview of the Semi-Finalist and her parent/legal guardian are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. The interview with each Semi-Finalist and her parent/legal guardian will be approximately the same length of time, and the questions asked of each will be the same. All interviews will be recorded and must be completed by 11/13/15. Noncompliance with any of the foregoing, with these Official Rules, the inability to contact a Semi-Finalist within a reasonable time period and/or schedule and complete the interview, or any notification being returned as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion, a runner-up being chosen.

Upon completion of all interviews, a panel of judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will judge each of the recorded interviews based on the Judging Criteria. The three (3) Semi-Finalist interviews receiving the highest scores, as determined by the judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed potential Finalists, will receive the Finalist Prize, and will advance to the Contest Voting Period outlined below. Sponsor and judges reserve the right to advance fewer than three (3) Finalists if, in their sole discretion, they do not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Semi-Finalists.

In the event of a tie, the tied interviews will be re-judged by a separate judge or judging panel determined by Sponsor at Sponsor’s sole discretion based on: Enthusiasm for the NFL Junior Apparel campaign: 0-100 points.

E) Voting/Sweepstakes Period & How to Participate in the Sweepstakes:

The three (3) Finalists’ previously submitted Semi-Finalist Photos (hereafter, each a “Finalist Photo”) will be posted during the Voting/Sweepstakes Period at nflteenstyle.com for public voting. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at the time of participation. Eligible minor voters/entrants must have a parent’s or legal guardian’s permission to vote prior to participating. Voters/entrants will be directed to visit nflteenstyle.com during the Voting/Sweepstakes Period, and using a personal computer or mobile device, follow the instructions provided to fill out the Sweepstakes entry form, view each of the Finalist Photos and click on the applicable “Vote” button to cast a vote for the one (1) Finalist Photo they choose to vote for to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. There is a limit of one (1) Vote per person per day using only one (1) email address throughout the Voting/Sweepstakes Period. You may only use one (1) email address to enter the Sweepstakes. Finalists are prohibited from obtaining votes by fraudulent or inappropriate means, including, without limitation, offering prizes or other inducements to members of the public and/or using any websites or online forums designed to encourage or induce individuals to vote for their Finalist Submission, as defined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Finalists or Sweepstakes voters/entrants who do not comply with the voting instructions will not have their votes or entries cast or counted.

Sweepstakes Drawing: At the conclusion of the Voting/Sweepstakes Period, five (5) Sweepstakes Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 12/10/15 from amongst all eligible entries/votes received during the Voting/Sweepstakes Period. Potential Sweepstakes Prize winners will be notified by email. Odds of winning the Sweepstakes Prize will depend on the number of eligible votes/entries received during the Voting/Sweepstakes Period. Potential Sweepstakes Prize winners will be notified via email. Potential Sweepstakes winners will be required to execute and return an Address Verification Form within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules or return of prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner.

Contest Grand Prize Winner Selection: At the conclusion of the Voting/Sweepstakes Period, the Finalist with the greatest number of valid Votes (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) be determined the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner and her parent/legal guardian is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of a tie during the Contest Voting Period, such tied Finalist Photos will be re-judged (by a separate panel of judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) based on the overall presentation of the Finalist in the Finalist Photo.

All vote counting will be conducted at the direction, and in the sole discretion, of the Sponsor. The use of automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate or subvert any aspect of entry or voting or any other procedure that subverts the entry process) to cast a vote and enter the Sweepstakes is prohibited and any vote through such means will, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, be void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any votes of entrants whom Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest and/or Sweepstakes or is in violation of these Official Rules. Neither Sponsor, nor anyone acting on its behalf, will enter into communications with any entrant regarding the Promotion other than to notify the potential Semi-Finalists, Finalists, and/or winners.

6. Prizes:

Ten (10) Contest Semi-Finalist Prizes: Each Semi-Finalist will receive clothing (one (1) long sleeved shirt and one (1) short sleeved shirt) from the NFL Juniors apparel line for purposes of submitting the Semi-Finalist Photo. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $28 each.

Three (3) Contest Finalist Prizes: Each Finalist will receive a $200 NFLShop.com gift card. ARV = $200 each.

Five (5) Sweepstakes Prizes: Each Sweepstakes Prize winner will receive a $100 NFLShop.com gift card. ARV = $100 each.

One (1) Contest Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive the Grand Prize Package consisting of: a) a $500 NFLShop.com gift card; and b) the opportunity to be a part of the 2016 NFL Juniors apparel ad campaign. (ARV = $500 Details surrounding the Grand Prize winner’s role in the 2016 NFL Juniors apparel campaign is at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winning the Grand Prize does not guarantee that winner’s portion of campaign (if any) will be publicized or otherwise used in any manner and the final decision will be at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to require winner’s parent/legal guardian to execute an appearance contract in advance of any participation in services for any national campaign or advertisement. Winner and her parent/legal guardian must agree to be available to participate in such campaign as required by Sponsor.

For all Prizes: Each gift card is redeemable for merchandise only and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law. Each gift card will not be replaced or replenished if it is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without your permission and will be voided if altered or defaced. All prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. All prizes are awarded “as is” without any warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied, by Sponsor. Certain terms and conditions apply to gift cards as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein as being awarded, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes are winners' sole responsibility. A 1099 tax form will be issued in the amount of the Prize to the winning entrant’s parents/legal guardian. Total ARV of all prizes = $1,880.

7. Miscellaneous; Release and Limitations of Liability:

NOTE: To participate in the Promotion, and ensure web browser compatibility, you must have the latest version of a modern browser including Internet Explorer 9+, or the latest version of Firefox, Chrome, Safari, or Opera, and JavaScript must be enabled within your browser preferences. Mobile browser compatibility includes default browsers on iOS 6 (or higher) and Android. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or portion thereof) except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, as determined by Sponsor. Entrants and their parents/legal guardians agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, Entry, photograph, recording, and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media (including but not limited to online at nflteenstyle.com now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant and her parent/legal guardian for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant and/or her parent/legal guardian or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant and/or her parent/legal guardian or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize (including any travel/activity related thereto) or participation in this Promotion or the use of any Entries by Sponsor, its designees or any third party. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Promotion (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion (or any portion thereof) and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select the Semi-Finalist(s), Finalist(s) and/or prize winner(s) (as applicable) from those eligible, non-suspect Entries and/or votes received (if applicable) prior to event requiring such termination using the applicable judging procedure/winner selection outlined herein and eligible, non-suspect votes as applicable.

Contest Entry Assignment of Rights: Entrants and their parents/legal guardians irrevocably assign to Sponsor and its designees a perpetual and worldwide license to edit, adapt, modify, publish, exploit and use the Entry in any way and in any and all media now known or hereinafter discovered or devised, world-wide for trade, advertising, promotional, public relations and/or other purposes as Sponsor and/or its designees may determine without further permission from, or notification or consideration to entrants or any third parties.

Entrants and their parents/legal guardians further agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which shall be final and binding. Entrant's submission of an Entry constitutes her and her parent’s/legal guardian’s representation of eligibility, consent to participate in Promotion and consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer her name, address and other information for the purpose of Promotion administration. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, inaccurate, undeliverable, garbled, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected Entries, photos or votes, all of which will be disqualified; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications or malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrants’ or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to or resulting from participation in the Promotion; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entries, photos or votes; or human-processing error; printing, typographical or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules or in any Promotion-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, technical, network, electronic; or errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the incorrect uploading of Entries or photos, the processing or judging of Entries, the tabulation of votes, the awarding or announcement of the winners, Semi-Finalists, Finalists or in any other Promotion-related materials. Sponsor reserves the right to void and remove any and all Entries of an entrant or votes of a voter who Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, judging or proper play of Promotion and such entrant/voter will be disqualified and all associated Entries and/or votes will be void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to post all approved Entries on nflteenstyle.com for public viewing. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8. Arbitration:

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
