The roundtrip coach class air transportation will be on an airline selected by Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company (HE&R) in its sole discretion for four people from a major gateway airport near the Grand Prize winner’s residence (HE&R’s choice) to Harrisburg International Airport.  HE&R will provide ground transportation to and from Harrisburg International Airport.  The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,000.00.  The Grand Prize must be redeemed by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 or older.  Use of the Grand Prize is based on availability, which will be determined by HE&R. The Grand Prize winner and/or her parent/legal guardian are responsible for all costs not specifically included in the basic Grand Prize package including, but not limited to, long distance telephone charges, gratuities and incidentals, and meals. The Grand Prize must be redeemed by December 31, 2008.  The Grand Prize winner's parent/legal guardian will be required to completed and return, within 14 days of receipt, a W-9 form and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release.  The Grand Prize winner will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes (including, but not limited to all local, state, and federal taxes) on all prizes awarded.  Failure to collect or properly claim any prize in accordance with HE&R's prize redemption procedures will result in forfeiture of the prize.
