Stash it in your locker, purse, bookbag, bathroom or gym bag! Wanna be ready wherever you go? Create a few kits to keep in more than one place, that way you won’t have to tote it around.

What you’ll need:

A cute cosmetic bag or pouch that can fit easily into a purse or bookbag

A few pads/tampons. You don’t need the whole box. Just stick a few in there to last you a day
Panty liners. These are good if your periods start off really light or you want to stick one in your undies just in case
An extra pair of undies just in case you have a pesky leak
Midol, Pamprin. Meds are crucial to relieve PMS, like cramps, bloating, etc.
Thermacare or other small heating pad. Can be applied to the inside of undies and help relieve cramps when medicine isn’t enough
Small calendar or planner. It’s great to get into the habit of tracking your periods so you have an idea of what day you get it each month

Feminine wipes. Kinda like baby wipes, but made for girls and are awesome in making you feel shower clean
Loose change just in case you need a pad or tampon out of the vending machine
