And does she mimic her character’s klutzy ways? “We’re both accident prone,” she says. “But when she gets around the [Lucas] Brothers she becomes this huge klutz and that’s definitely how it is in real life as well. GL: Filming must be so much fun. What’s it like on set? Is there anything you love doing in between takes?
Nicole Anderson: Chelsea and I love hanging out in the makeup room. Our hairstylist has this weighted hula-hoop so we just jam out to techno music and mess around with [it]. That’s something we do, and the Jonas Brothers also have a rec-room upstairs with pinball and stuff like that.

GL: What’s one thing people might be surprised to know about you?
NA: I love quilting. I actually just started when I moved out [to Los Angeles] for the show. I wanted to make a tablecloth for my dressing room and there is this fabric store right down the road from my house in San Diego when I was still living there. I went in to buy some fabric and they had all these other fabrics for making quilts and I’m like ‘Oh my gosh! I want to make a quilt!’ I ended up making a quilt and a tablecloth and I fell in love with it.
GL: What’s one thing people might be surprised to know about Chelsea?
NA: She’s totally a rock and roll baby. Actually, when she was born, “Sweet Child of Mine” was playing in the delivery room.
GL: What’s your favorite thing to do with Chelsea when you’re not working?
NA: Something that we love to do together probably is just staying up late, talking and pigging out.
GL: Summer’s coming up. What’s your favorite vacation destination?
