I have a friend who is so obsessed with herself. All she very says is, “Hey, don’t I look awesome in this pic? The guys will be all over me!” And I don’t want to confront her because she’ll just say that I’m jealous. I’ll tell her that I like this one guy and tell her that he is always looking at me and she will just say, “He looks at everyone that way, especially me!” OMG it is so annoying! How do I deal?

It’s great to have confidence and self-esteem, but there is such a thing as too much! It’s not good to be too humble either, but this girl definitely needs to find some middle ground.
Have you ever said anything to her about how those types of comments make you feel? You may have to chalk up comments like your first example as just being her personality and let them roll off your shoulders. But when she makes comments like your second example, where she takes something about you and flips it to be all about her, call her out on it. Ask her (calmly and as inoffensively as possible) why she always makes everything to be about her. Tell her you’re glad she is so happy with who she is, but sometimes her extreme confidence is overwhelming and makes you feel as if she’s belittling you.
If she’s any sort of good friend, she wouldn’t ever want to make you feel bad about yourself and will make an effort to watch what she says.
