With just 6 girls next, the girls are going abroad! Where to? The lovely dovely city of Rome! That’s amore!
The girls get dropped off at the Colosseum and looked at the beautiful historic buildings. All of the people, places and the adventures that lie ahead… Oh my! And then they go to their new Roman house, which is magnifico. A pool in the middle of the house? Whoa!
Then, the drama queen Fatima gets sick. Poor baby. Dominique, obviously thinking this is stupid, starts giving her honest opinion and starts talking behind her backs. Anya doesn’t think that’s right. It’s kind of funny how much they pay attention to what everyone else is doing. 😛
They are greeted at a huge monument and greeted by the assistant to an Italian designer, with a really thick Italian accent. The girls are going to get to tour around on Segways… is that what they are called? Anyways, they get to see stores and look at Italian fashion on random women! At the Piazza di Spagna, they meet a huge designer in Italian fashion, and have to impress him with their newfound Italian style. They go and get their Italian makeover, and go meet Gai Mattiolo!!! He thought Fatima was good, Anya was very blond, and Whitney was very American… was that supposed to be bad?
Lauren walked for him, and he did not like her, though he was so nice about it. So who wins? Anya, again! Anya is winning the challenges again, and again, and again… She wins a red carpet gown that is probably worth thousands of dollars!
They get Tyra Mail, and try to decode it… “Easy, Breezy, Beautiful!” OMG, Covergirl! The Covergirl queen collection commercial, in ITALIANO! Jeez, that is hard. There are lots of movements and acting to remember, plus the lines! This reminds me of the Covergirl commercial in Cycle 7. Anya looked lost and dazed. Her voice is so cutesy, but still, she looked… kind of crazy. Still, she was Anya all the way! Smiling, laughing, and saying “Gracias”…???
Katti’s lines were perfecto, but she was kind of flat. Dominique’s Italian was like Chinese… lol. Energetic and kooky, she kind of stole the show. Lauren was ultra nervous, and you could see that in her performance. Poor girl, this is not her thing. Fatima felt sick, but still, I think she rocked it. She looked beautiful and her Italian
was molto buono (very good). Whitney’s performance was pageant and fake. She was forcing it. This is so confusing!
The girls walked into the beautiful Roman judging room where Tyra was looking exceptionally beautiful. Personally, I think all of the commercials were really bad… but they can’t send them all home! So who DID they send home?
Bottom Two: Whitney and Lauren
Eliminated: Lauren, the weird girl turned model. It was so sad to see her go. The judges thought she gave up on the competition and that’s why they let her go.
Now, there are only five girls left! It is crunch time! There are only a couple of weeks to go until someone is going to be America’s Next Top Model! Who do you love? Who gets on your nerves? Who is going home? And who will be AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL? Blog about it, babe!
