In the News

The Washington Post recently reported that health clubs have upped their marketing efforts to kids and young teens. The YMCA is opening teens-only gyms in some places, too.
With spinning, yoga classes and teched-out toys targeted to teens (think: special spots for busting out Dance Dance Revolution moves), they’re trying to make working out fun. But, of course, with joining a gym comes a membership fee (which can range from $20 bucks to totally sky-high rates). What do you think? Do you want (or have) a gym membership or would you rather exercise in a diff way?
