How to make a basic school uniform way more fabulous

If you go to a school that enforces uniforms, you know that it can come with its pros and cons. When you roll out of bed with only five minutes to get dressed, already having a designated uniform makes it 10 times easier to pick an outfit.

However, it can be hard to show off your individuality when the rest of the grade is wearing the Same. Exact. Thing. So, if you're looking to add some extra spice and uniqueness to your everyday school look when you get ready to hit the books this January, read below for some of our fave glam accessories.

Backpack

One of the easiest ways to spice up your basic uniform is by adding a cute backpack. Everyone needs a backpack, so you may as well buy one that's fab-u-lous! Target, $20.

Blue Light Glasses

Even if you have perfect vision, wearing glasses is a super fun way to add some chic to your uniform. Bonus: these are blue light blocking glasses, meaning you can protect your eyes *and* look stylish at the same time. Walmart, $9.
