OK, so your ‘rents have already started to rag on you about getting a j-o-b for the summer. And if you're being honest with yourself, you could probably use the money for new clothes and movie tickets. The only question is, what should you apply for? Take this quiz and find out what job you’re meant to have this summer.

1	In my spare time, I’m usually… Helping out with chores around the house. Reading the latest John Green novel--I just can’t get enough of characters like Hazel and Augustus. Calling up all of my best girlfriends--it's time to go outside and enjoy being young.

2	The most important part of a summer job is… Getting to meet cool new people! I want to work someplace with a lot of other teens. Getting a job that I’ll enjoy being at everyday. I don’t want to be miserable my whole summer. It's all about the cash.

3	I’d like a job that’s… Outside. There’s nothing better than the great outdoors. Wherever I get to appreciate the air conditioning. Something that’s super easy. Maybe all I’ll have to do is wipe a counter and answer the phone.

During group projects at school, you’re usually the one…

Organizing everything and everyone. You’re the kind of take-charge person that makes sure everything gets done! (And at least a few days in advance).

Trying to toss ideas around, but the group is chaotic. You end up doing the best you can on your part and hope that everyone else will do the same.

Group projects are the perfect time to slack off! You deserve a break, right?

5	After college, your ideal job would be… The owner of a business. There’s no job that’s more rewarding. A dancer. Any type of performing arts is your forte. A teacher. Helping people is what it’s all about.

What are your reasons for getting a summer job?

It'll be fun! I won’t have to ask my parents for money so much anymore, and I’m sure I can squeeze in plenty of time with my friends too.

No part of me wants to do this. My dad even filled out the application for me.

7	My other plans for the summer include: Summer reading list all the way. I can’t wait to jump into Catcher in the Rye and all of the Harry Potter books again. Family vacay! Hittin’ up the beaches in Florida and getting my tan on. Naps and Netflix sounds good to me.

8	What special talent will you bring to any job you get? I'm super good at handling emergencies. I'm a people person all the way. I can’t wait to work with new friends. I don’t have any problems being nice to mean customers.
