Been workin’ on that resolution since January 1st? Go you!
This week, give your workout the old switcheroo. If you’ve been running 3 days a week, swap 1 day for all-weights and 1 day for a stretching and cardio combo.
If your routine is all basketball, all the time try mixing in some interval training or something totally diff, like skating. Listen to your bod, and make a real effort to vary your routine.
When you bust out of a rut, you challenge yourself even more and see results faster!
