Get in your best shape in 10 minutes a day!
Between homework and extracurrics, it can be tough to squeeze in time to breathe, let alone a major workout. That's why we've compiled our best-ever fast, fit and fun tips so you can feel amazing in just a few minutes a day. Plus, we're dishing on nutritious, on-the-go snacks to gobble and easy ideas that'll keep you fit during the holidays. Yep, sharing up this fall is gonna be a breeze!
Week 1: Get Creative with your Healthy Routine
EATS Make DIY versions of microwaveable b-fasts or snacks. Freeze Sunday's banana pancakes. Fill a wheat wrap with veggies and cheese. Then nuke as needed. Good things don't always come in packages.
EXERCISE Do spend 20 minutes three times a week getting your heart pumping, but don't confine yourself to just sports or jogging. Dance, play Wii Fit, whatever you enjoy. With a five-minute warm-up and cool-down, you only have to push it for 10. Doable, right?
