Week 6: Pace Yourself
EATS Act as if you're dining at a fancy restaurant--even if you're just downing Mom's meatloaf. Savoring each bite lets you slow down and truly enjoy. Eat veggies and soup first and end din with cut-up fruit.
EXERCISE Intervals (adding speed bursts to cardio) are amazing. Do two sets this week, in addition to two other cardio sessions. Speeding through weights, however, can lead to injury. Go slow, but strength-train two to three times a week. Yay for getting stronger!
