There’s this girl at my school, and she is friends with all my friends. She hates me for no reason. I didn’t do anything to her; she turns my friends to her side. Recently, I came out and said “It really hurts me when you do this to me; please stop.” She and all my friends just started laughing. I was so hurt.

I came out and said “If you want to be her friend, be her friend. You evidently don’t want to be mine.” I don’t know what to do! Help!

Obviously, this girl is pretty awful. She might have issues with self-esteem or her home life. Whatever her issues are, you don’t deserve to be treated poorly. It’s good to hear you stood up for yourself, but it stinks that your friends have ditched you for this Regina George.

Try hanging out with some new girls. Get to know some chicks that are in the same clubs or play the same sports as you. Summer is just around the corner and there are plenty of chicas that you can make friends with. Maybe some of your old posse will come around and realize what a better pal you are.
