Week 5: On-the-go Fitness and Eats
EATS Harried days aren't a green light for junk food. Try packing stress-reducing snacks, like almonds, blueberries and bananas. The omega-3s in tuna sammies help ya relax, too. Who knew?
EXERCISE Don't look at exercise as another annoying to-do. Think of it as a brain 'n' bod break. Split your workout into four 10-minute bursts and mix in cardio, weights and flexibility four times this week. Add an extra 10 minutes if you feel like you can do more.
