Week 4: Work Out for FREE!
EATS ...but know when to pass by free stuff. It's no shock that people dish out calorie-packed snacks. Don't get into the habit of eating food just 'cause it's there. When you do treat yourself, enjoy it even more. Yes, you can love orange slices as much as orange soda.
EXERCISE Search online for free fitness stuff (jogging clubs, kickboxing demos, tai chi in the park). Fill water bottles with sand for practice free weights. Use 'em twice a week to sculpt your bod.
