That one bestie you thought you could always count on seems to be telling others she’s so over you. How do you find out if this rumor is for real and how do you deal if it’s true?


I just found out that my "best friend" of eleven years told one of her other friends in the locker room that she hates me and doesn’t want to be my friend anymore. The person who told me this is really honest and I think I believe her. This is not surprising from my "best friend," because she’s done it to other girls, but I just never though she would do it to me! What do I do?

BFF Fix-it: It def hurts when you realize you care more about a friendship than your friend does. But since you didn’t hear it straight from the source (that girl may be honest, but double check!), there’s no need to freak out just yet. Try talking to others who were in the locker room or try bringing it up and testing your friend’s reactions.

But if it seems like she’s really ready to say “see ya!” then talk to her. She’s done this in the past, and that’s really not cool, but your long-lasting friendship doesn’t need to fall apart. If she’s a good friend you wanna keep, find out what’s goin’ through her mind!
