Week 3: Do a Practice Run
EATS
Take over the kitchen and whip up diff, delish (and with produce, please) sammies. Write down the recipes. Soon, you'll have a stockpile of brown-bag ideas. Make a list of totable sides, too.
EXERCISE
Hit the sack early, wake up with the sun, then exercise in the late afternoon. Getting in the school groove now means your bod will be ready for the first day. Fit in another cardio sesh this week, or add 10 minutes to what you're already doing. Bring on the challenge!POSTED IN healthy you program
