Week 1: How to STOP Bad Habits
EATS Let go of one not-so nutritious habit. Hate veggies? Promise to taste a couple greens. Doin' twice-daily dessert? Cut back (or switch to fruit). Work on it all week, but don't fret if you stumble.
EXERCISE Spent summer lounging? Your first must-do is simple: Get moving. Aim for three 30-minute bursts of exercise a week. It's still warm out, so make it fun. Tennis, rollerblading, soccer, hoops, swimming--all are a blast!
