Our fab plan will boostt your confidence, tone trouble spots and help you live an all-around healthier life. Week 8: Fitness and Nutrition on a Budget
EATS Going organic can be pricey, so be smart about your switches. Two musts? Salad greens (which have the highest levels of pesticides of any foods) and apples (higher in nutrients than conventional ones).
EXERCISE Spent the summer cycling? Set up a mini race and see how much you've improved. Been using nature as your playground? Gather some friends and 'rents for a major mountain hike. It's time to celebrate how much you've achieved and figure out your next goal!
