Week 7: Eliminate Stress From Your Workouts

EXERCISE Don't stress if you miss a workout, or even a whole week of exercise. Experts say taking the occasional week off can actually be good for your body. If you need to take a vacay from your plan, go for it. When you get back, just add an extra workout sesh to your routine.
