Summer tends to go one of two ways: way lazy and lounge-worthy or so busy you barely have a sec to breathe. Our fab plan will boostt your confidence, tone trouble spots and help you live an all-around healthier life. All you need is a pair of solid sneaks, a kick-butt attitude and a willingness to get moving. Get ready to sweat, it'll be fun, we promise!
Week 5: Switch Up Your Summer Routine
EATS Always munching the same foods? Sure chicken 'n' veggies are good for ya, but nutrition ruts can mean missing vital nutrients. Vary the vegetables on your salad, aim to eat fatty fish (like tuna) twice a week and try to eat fewer processed foods (a fresh peach, not peach fro-yo).
EXERCISE This week, cut your cardio--kinda. Doing three shorter sessions of intense cardio will challenge your bod in diff ways. Bonus: A less lengthy workout means you can cram it in anytime.
