Summer tends to go one of two ways: way lazy and lounge-worthy or so busy you barely have a sec to breathe. Our fab plan will boostt your confidence, tone trouble spots and help you live an all-around healthier life. All you need is a pair of solid sneaks, a kick-butt attitude and a willingness to get moving. Get ready to sweat, it'll be fun, we promise!
Week 3: Go Veggie, The Right Way
EATS Make vegetables the star of your lunch and dinner. Try gazpacho, just-picked salad and portobellos on the grill. Delish!
EXERCISE Want bikini abs, like, tomorrow? Sorry, sister, there's no insta-fix. Group your muscles in sets (back and abs, legs and butt, arms and shoulders) and train one set each time you exercise. Results don't show up overnight, so for now, enjoy the extra energy, endorphins and easy sleeping that exercising brings. You'll see changes soon!
