I was super nervous about my first volleyball tournament for this really intense club I just made. My friends knew what a big deal it was for me to make this club, and wanted to go to my first tournament. But, the place where it was held was over an hour away and I had to wake up at four in the morning just to make my first game. When I got there, my friends were all there! They had all driven together to surprise me at my tournament. They were there through warm-ups and stayed all the way through the last game to cheer me on. I never expected it and I was so happy that they were there! We drove home together, talking about all the wins my team and I got.
