3 ways to stick with your workout plan on vacay


When you hit the road this summer for your annual family getaway, it can be super tempting to kick your exercise routine to the curb. After all, who wants to waste their precious break stuck in a gym? We have some great tips for how you can stay in shape this summer while still having a blast.
 
Enlist your family
Encourage your fam to get moving with you. Suggest a family outing that will get all of your hearts pumping, like kayaking, rock climbing or a bike ride.
 
Dive in
Don’t just sit around on the beach—get out there. There are tons of fun activities to do on the water that will give you a great workout. Give your legs a kick-butt workout by snorkeling or scuba diving or work those arms by breaking out the paddles and going for a ride in a canoe or kayak.  So fun!

Go exploring
Are you vacationing in a totally cool or interesting town? Break a sweat by going exploring! Take a brisk walk while window shopping or grab a friend and rent a tandem bike to use around town. Sneaking in a workout and shopping? We’re sold.
