Take a tip from the Olympic athletes

We’re bummed to see the Winter Games end. And even though the snow will melt and the memories will fade, we’re still super-inspired by the Olympics.

Months before U.S. short track skater Katherine Reutter medaled in Vancouver, GL got a chance to chat her up. Her big advice for finding so much success? Going just a little bit further. As in, running one more lap or doing one more set of reps or rehearsing your dance routine one more time.

This week, focus on pushing yourself more than you normally would (without getting hurt, of course). Take the determination and dedication of an Olympic athlete with ya, and you’re bound to see amazing results. Sometimes, just a little bit can make a huge diff.
