was receiving an award during an assembly and as I was stepping offstage, my
friend was coming up. We both went up for a high five, but because I wasn’t
paying attention to where I was walking, I tripped and my hand went in a
different direction. I hit her full on in the face, in front of the ENTIRE
school. The nurse even ran up to see if she was okay. Ironic part? My award was
for being a kind person and having no violent physical contact in school.
