My Feet Are Itchy And Red

My feet are itchy and red, especially my toes. They are cracked and gross. What is it?

Sounds like you have a nasty case of “creeping crud,” otherwise known as athlete’s foot.
Dermatologist Dr. David Herschthal says, “It’s a fungal infection that itches between the toes, and there’s usually a white buildup of dead skin.” Pick up an over-the-counter cream, like Lotrimin or Tinactin. If it’s not better after two weeks, see a dermo pronto. It could creep into toenails (and that means no pedicures, girls).
To avoid future outbreaks, dry feet well after bathing (don’t forget between your digits), sprinkle on some preventive powder (try Tinactin Super Absorbent Powder) and always wear socks with your sneaks.
