Fact or fiction: Sweet scents lead to sweet dreams

Is it true that I can make sure I have good dreams instead of nightmares?
While some claim that a person can learn to control their dreams, there isn’t much concrete info on the subject. But a recent study shed some light on a practice that has the potential to make dreams truly sweet. Dr. Boris Stuck of the University Hospital Manheim in Germany found that allowing sleeping people to sniff roses actually gave them more positive dreams, while the smell of rotten eggs resulted in a more negative dream experience. Talk about flower power.
