We are completely loving Wii Fit.  Why?  It's all about balance, which doesn't seem all that important after you've eaten a pint of Cookie Dough ice cream.  But the thing is, if you have good balance, it means you're already working your abs.  So Wii Fit comes along and makes sure that you focus on doing everything in conjunction with balance -- and you get to work out at home.  Holy shot!  Who knew that would be so hard?  But it is hard, and it is fun, too!

The Top Five Best Reasons A Girl Like You Needs To Get A Wii Fit:

  • 1. Wii Fit makes exercise fun.  It's impossible to get bored doing aerobics.

  • 2. You'll finally understand what it means to compete against yourself.

  • 3. Although it's costly up front, Wii Fit more than pays for itself when you factor in saving the money you'd normally spend on gym dues and the gallons of gas your car guzzles getting to the gym.

  • 4. You'll finally have something interactive and fun to do with your friends (and, yep, even your family).

  • 5. This is something you can do in front of the TV that doesn't require eating!  And you can even watch TV while you do it!  



The best thing about Wii Fit is that you never get bored exercising.  In fact, you can compete against yourself and beat your best scores, and/or compete against a friend and beat their best scores.  And all of that is fun x pi squared to the gazillionth.

You have yoga to do, balance games, strength training and aerobics... and, by the way, who knew aerobics could be so exciting?!  Boxing, Dancing, Running... all very interactive.

Can you cheat?  Yes, but no real exerciser -- or competitor -- wants to cheat. 

With Wii Fit you earn points that help you to earn a brighter, more gold score thingie... and the more hours you put in, the more new games open up to you.

Oh, wait, we forgot to tell you about the balance games.  You get to walk a tightrope; try to walk within a bubble and not pop it; try to move your body so you can roll marbles on top of a very unsteady table, in order to drop the marbles into holes.  And you have snowboarding and downhill ski slaloming and downhill ski jumping... and the list goes on and on.

Forget plunking your money into potato chips and then the health club.  Save up and get the Wii Fit.  Your thighs will thank you, your heart will thank you.  And, best of all, your good moods will return and you'll be in love with life all over again.
