    Standing forward fold pose

This one is toughie so don't get discouraged if you can't do it on your first try. Practice by using some sort of object to lean on, such as a block like the one in the picture. This pose is also great for stretching your legs. Do this pose every morning to start your day right.

    Child's pose

Start by laying your legs and feet on the floor. Be sure to have your feet touching but keep in mind your legs should be spread apart. Slowly lower your upper body and place your belly between your legs. Your head should be gently placed on the yoga mat. Stay in this pose for 1 minute.

    Locust pose

The easiest way to nail this pose is to pretend you are flying. Start by laying down flat on your stomach with your arms in front of you. Lift your legs and arms slowly at the same time. Hold this pose for about 5 to 10 seconds and repeat 5 times.

    Cobra pose

Not only will this pose help with your posture but it also help tone your arms. Simply lay on your stomach and push up with your arms until they are straight. Do this pose slowly until your back is arched while keeping your toes and pelvis on the mat. Hold this pose for about 5 seconds.
