Your fave tea doesn't just taste good, it's good *for* you

Fight with your bestie got you feeling stressed? Prepare a cup of chamomile tea. This tea, made from flowers, will help you to ease your mind and relax you.

Feeling blue? Lemon balm tea is known to help lift people's moods. This tea tastes great both hot *and* iced!

When it's that time of month and you're feeling bloated, forget the sweatpants! Naturopath Colin Huska suggests peppermint tea to relieve bloating and abdominal gas. Other period symptoms, such as nausea, can also be helped with peppermint tea or a cup of ginger tea.
