5 ways to make your water taste better

 

We all know water is important to our body's health, but let's face it...regular old water can so b-o-r-i-n-g to drink. If you're looking for something a little more exciting to satisfy your thirst, we've got you covered! Check out these recipes for 5 incredibly healthy and flavorful ways to spruce up your H20.

    Watermelon Water by

    When it’s too cold to eat your fave summer fruit, this infused water is the perf way to still get that sweet taste you crave, plus all the nutrients!

     

    What you'll need:

    • couple chunks of seedless watermelon
    • 4 cups of water

     

    Directions:

    1. Pour 4 cups of water in large pitcher.
    2. Drop chunks of seedles watermelon in with the water and give it a stir.
    3. Place pitcher in the fridge.
    4. Once it's chilled, enjoy!

    Fat burning Apple by Raining Hot Coupons

    This apple inspired drink is not only designed to flush out toxins, but also cuts down on body fat. Sip some after your workout to take advantage of all it's fat burning benefits!

     

    What you'll need: 

    • 12 oz. filtered water
    • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
    • ½ apple, sliced

     

    Directions:

    1. Mix everything except the apples in a blender for about ten seconds.
    2. Add apple slices & enjoy.

    This drink taste's as good as it smells! Loaded with antioxidants, the berry and mint combo is perf for your digestion. Have some after a heavy meal to help soothe that achy and full tummy. 

     

    What you'll need:

    • ½ gallon purified water
    • 2 tbsp raspberries (fresh or frozen)
    • 2 tbsp mint leaves
    • 1 lime, sliced

     

    Directions:

    1. Muddle the raspberries into a pitcher with water and mint leaves.
    2. Add sliced lime.
    3. Refrigerate and enjoy.

    What you'll need: 

    • ½ gallon purified water
    • ½ lemon, sliced
    • ½ lime, sliced
    • ½ grapefruit, sliced
    • 1 cup cucumber, sliced
    • 1 tsp ginger, sliced
    • Peppermint leaves

     

    Directions:

    1. Mix all ingredients in large pitcher.
    2. Add ice.
    3. Refrigerate for 2 hours before drinking.

    Perfect for hydrating your bod and amaze for your skin, we love this luscious red drink. Try packing some in a water bottle and take it to school so you can study up and feel beaute while you're at it!

     

    How to make:

    • 1 cup strawberries
    • 2 cups cubed watermelon
    • Rosemary sprigs
    • Filtered water
    • Dash of salt

     

    Directions:

    1. Muddle strawberries & rosemary in a bowl.
    2. Add to pitcher with the cubed watermelon and a dash of salt.
    3. Pour all ingredients into a pitcher and fill with water.
    4. Refrigerate for a couple of hours and enjoy!
