Eat Right

These are the cereals you *should* be eating

Cereal is a staple breakfast food that we all love, but some cereals aren't as good for you as you may think. Chock full of sugar and other questionable additives, your cereal may be fooling you. Here are six healthy cereals that will get your day started on the right foot (or, well, bowl).

Puffins
Puffins Cereal will *definitely* have you hooked. High in fiber and super yummy, we love all the flavors (they even have a gluten free option). And the cinnamon ones are like Cinnamon Toast Crunch but even better.

Cheerios
Everyone's favorite childhood cereal is just as good when you're older, too. With whole grains and soluble fiber, Cheerios have been shown to reduce your risk of heart disease and they're great with or without milk.

Raisin Bran
The shining sun on the front says it all: Full of fiber and low in fat, Raisin Bran makes the perfect breakfast.

Kashi 7 Whole Grain Puffs
Super high in protein and fiber, you will surely be feeling great after a bowl of Kashi 7 Whole Grain puffs.

Quaker Oatmeal Squares
This wholesome breakfast option is only full of the good stuff with whole grains and lots of protein.

Post Grape Nuts
A timeless classic, Grape Nuts are an awesome choice to start your morning. Packed with 12 percent of your daily protein, you will feel totally energized all day.
