Look out: Victoria's Secret is making some changes

We’ve come to dispel the circulating rumors: They're true. The billion dollar women’s lingerie and clothing company is no longer going to be selling bathing suits, clothing, accessories or footwear. Not only that, but the company is also discontinuing their print catalogue which has been around for almost 40 years.

Now, we know all these changes may come as a shock (take a second to collect yourself), but there actually is some reasoning to the madness.

Victoria’s Secret print catalogs started in 1977 when the company was originally founded. At first, they were quite a hit, but of course with the growth of technology, shoppers are more likely to turn to their computers than a catalogue. With this cut, the company will be saving around $150 million in prodution costs

And the reason for no more swim or clothing? Acording to New York Daily News, the company wants to focus-in on bras, underwear and beauty products. VS wants to go back to their core business. The good news, however, is you won’t have to say goodbye to active wear just yet—and the PINK brand will not be changing.

Victoria’s Secret currently has sales on all items being discontinued, so go grab them while you can! This summer sounds like a good time to find a new source for bathing suits. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news!
