There's really no time like the holiday season to bring on the bling. Yes, even in your makeup routine. We're talking *all* the glitter, sparkle, shimmer, metallics...the more glam, the better. It can be overwhelming to know where to start when it comes to frosting your face, though (aka you don't want to look like a kid in the middle of an arts and crafts project).

To help you fab up your face, we've rounded up some of the chicest, sparkliest inspo below.

For the prettiest pucker, upgrade a classic red lip by brushing on a coat of glitter over top.  

You don't have to go big or go home with your glitz, either. A touch of sparkly shadow in a neutral hue is v. understated, but still pretty. 

If you're a beauty babe who isn't afraid to experiment, rock one of 2017's biggest trends: faux freckles. But in shimmery gold, of course. 

A swipe of glitter liner on both your upper and lower lash lines will *really* make your eyes pop. 

Flaunt your cheekbones with a super sparkly highlight. It's definitely not a look for the girl who *doesn't* want to stand out! 

Add some sparkle to your strands by spritzing glitter spray on the top half of your hair. This looks great with a dramatic side part. 

Or just spray it on a few strands and work it into a chunky side braid for a pop of pizzazz.
