Lie flat on your back with your legs open in front of you like a star. Use your abs to sit up and reach one hand to the opposite foot. Repeat this 10 times, alternating what foot you reach out to touch.
Stand up straight with your legs shoulder width apart. Bend down into a squat. Make sure your back is straight and your knees don’t bend over your toes. Clasp your hands together and use the muscles in your legs to spring up.
release push ups
Get down on the ground and into a standard push up position as seen above. Push down and let your body rest on the ground. Lift your hands up a few inches from the ground. Immediately, push them back down to the ground and do a push up.
Start in standard push up position. Bring your right leg into your chest then push it back. Do the same with your left leg. Try to go as fast as you can! This workout should be done at a super fast pace.
Reps: 20x (10 per leg!)
