25 things to do before school lets out

With summer just around the corner, it’s easy to forget about school and count down the moments until your summer fun can begin. But don’t let that stop you from having an awesome end of your school year! Here are some ways you can stay excited about summer while still being productive and having fun.

Make a new friend. You’ll be super psyched to spend the summer with another BFF!

Finalize your summer plans. Don’t waste one second this summer: make sure you know exactly what you’re doing.

Read a book. It’s about time you dusted off that book and finally finished it—for fun.

Ace your finals. Go into summer with your head held high after getting great grades on those finals you studied so hard for.

Make a time capsule. It’ll be so cool to find your time capsule years from now and remember what your life was like.

Have a yard sale. What a perfect way to kick off the summer and clear out your house for new things, right?

Make a scrapbook. This way you can always look back on how much fun you had with your friends and family wherever you are.

Get a new haircut. Change it up: get a short cut for easy-to-handle hair this summer.

Teach yourself a new skill. It’s about time you finally learned how to play guitar!

Talk to your crush.

Guys love a confident girl, so go up to your cutie and start up a convo!

Write your fave teacher a letter. Let them know how much you loved their class; it’ll make their day!

Volunteer at the same place once a week. You’ll be proud of yourself and be able to make a difference that really counts.

Make amends with someone. It’s time to forgive and forget and reunite with your old besties.

Get a 100 percent on a test. Study hard and watch it pay off!

Start a club. Make your mark on your school and start your very own club.

Clean out your closet. It’s time to give those old shirts and teeny tiny pants you never wear to someone really in need.

Have a fundraiser. Raise money for a cause you truly believe in.

Freshen up your summer wardrobe. Get ready for your summer outfits and cute bathing suits.

Redo your room. Rearrange your furniture or start some DIY projects to freshen up your boring old room.

Apply for a job. Do something productive and rack in some cash for this summer.

Start a workout routine. It’s time to get to work on that soon-to-be bikini bod!

Conquer a fear. You shouldn’t let your fears hold you back anymore!

Make a summer play list. Get pumped up for summer with a list of your fave tunes!

Surprise someone. You’ll love seeing how excited they are when the surprise is revealed, and they’ll be super happy.

Plan an end-of-the-year bash. Finish the school year and kick off the summer in the best way possible with all of your besties.
