The easiest solutions are at the drugstore. Try bleach (Sally Hansen Hair Bleach Crème Face) or depilatory formulas. Waxes are available, too, but those are definitely packed with ouch. A professional at a beauty salon can do a quick, relatively cheap waxing job.
A more expensive solution? Your derm can remove it with laser.
