We Tried It: Jackie's 1-on-1 Core Workout

In the past couple months, my ab routine has gone from gut-busting to just laughable. Even though we’re months away from bathing suit season, building core strength is crucial for improved posture and will help ya improve in other sports. Have I been, gulp, slouching?

Never one to slack (for too long!), I decided to up the ante on my ab work. After catching an eppy of Workout (holy six-pack central, btw), I decided to check out Jackie’s 1-on-1 Core workout, which is popping up for free this month on my cable.

After a 2-minute warm-up, Jackie and the gang cranked out 20 minutes of no-nonsense ab exercises. The Sky Lab staff showed modifications to each move, so you could make each exercise easier (or harder), depending on your level. Even though I did some of the beginner moves, it was still an amazing workout. Not enough to check off exercise for the day, because there was no real cardio. But if you’re looking to blast those abs, check it out!
