Just getting started working out? These are for you. Choose from tons of leg, body and ab workouts. Pro Cassey Ho gives you loads of options on her YouTube channel, offering beginners the chance to ease into the more intense workouts (plus healthy recipe ideas!).

Be sure to check out her pop-music inspired workouts that are super high energy! One of our personal faves? 'The Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge.' It burns but the results are so worth it.

Not only does Sarah offer simple workouts but she also tries to give meal ideas, gear tips and shows her viewers how to live healthy in all aspects of life. She uploads videos every Tuesday and Thursday so there’s always something new to view.

Sydney offers super fun routines you can do anywhere, no equipment needed. Plus she loves themes (recent ones were a prom season workout, a yoga dance birthday party and a summer kick off workout). Sydney is so upbeat that she makes you actually enjoy getting fit.
