CELEB TIPS: Olesya Rulin

GL: What do you do to stay in such great shape?

Olesya: I stay in shape by working out daily and not eating junk food. My workout routine is running sprints on the treadmill for 30 min then doing free weights for my arms. I love working on my abs on the ab roller.

GL: Fave healthy snack?

O: My favorite healthy snack is cranberries I eat. Them out of the bag. I also love pomegranates they are a great treat.

GL: Fave fitness routine?

O: I don't have a fave routine. I work out the way I feel. If I feel like running, then I run. If not, I do upper body. Keeping my workout fun is what keeps me motivated.
