Valentine’s Day is a day filled with love, pink and an over-abundance of candy. While it might be tasty in the moment, all that sugar can make you feel a bit sick and lethargic. To avoid the sugar crash, we've come up with a list of healthy alternatives for your fave Valentine’s Day snacks.
