Fruity Pink Lemonade Squares
Love pink lemonade? Then you'll really LOVE these sweet treats. These cute little squares are a tasty way to end a long hot summer day. If you’re looking to go the extra mile and really impress your guests, you can decorate them with a few strawberry slices or a refreshing mint leaf.
9 graham crackers (about 1-1/4 cup) finely crushed
1/3 cup of margarine or butter, melted
1 quart (4 cups) of frozen vanilla yogurt, softened
Whipped cream
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and margarine then press into the bottom of a 9x9 pan.
4. Freeze for four hours or until firm.
5. Slice and serve topped with whipped cream.
