Grab and go breakfasts to get you through the week

You hit snooze one too many times this morning and now you're running late. You have 5 minutes to get to the car before your mom leaves to take you and your brother to school and you still haven't even eaten breakfast. While it might be tempting to just rush out the door and forget it, skipping breakfast is never a good idea. And you don't have to, if you just plan ahead at the beginning of the week Here are some of our top grab and go breakfasts so you can still fuel up, even on the busiest mornings:

Baked Oatmeal from The Wholesome Dish

Pick your fave mix-ins to customize these cute cups. We recommend raisins, chocolate chips or even shredded zucchini (ever heard of zoats?).

Breakfast Burritos from Mom on Timeout

Get your Chipotle fix for breakfast with these burritos. The protein in the eggs and sausage will keep you full til lunch and you can make them in batches to keep in the freezer.

Breakfast Sandwiches from The Pioneer Woman

If you love Egg McMuffins as much as we do, you'll be hooked on this recipe. So easy, and so tasty!

Make Ahead Yogurt Parfaits from Savory Pantry Blog

You can't go wrong with a classic fruit and yogurt parfait. Bonus points if you tote it around in a trendy mason jar.

Chocolate Chip Clif Bars from Feasting on Fruit

Try your hand at these copycat Clif bars. The best part? They're vegan, soy-free *and* nut-free.
