5 hauntingly fun Halloween parties to throw this year

With two weeks until Halloween, it's time to start planning your fright night festivities. Whether you're more traditional or more trendy, there are *tons* of fab ideas to make this Halloween your best one yet. Here are five fun themes to take your ghostly gala to the next level...plus, cute confections to make for each.

Pumpkin palooza
Invite all your friends over to paint or carve pumpkins (check out our inspo HERE) and munch on these adorable Rice Krispie treats while you decorate. Don't forget to save all the seeds from your jack-o-lanterns for a delicious post-party roasted snack.

Oh the horror!
Looking for a low-key, but still *super* scary, way to spend your Halloween eve? Nothing beats a night in binge-watching all the best Halloween themed movies with your buds. And since no flick fest is complete without popcorn, try this monster-fied version of your staple snack.

Twas the night(mare) before Christmas
Chances are, if October 31st is your favorite day of the year, The Nightmare Before Christmas might be your favorite movie. Celebrate Jack-style with these white chocolate-covered Oreo pops.

All dressed up
Sometimes you just can't beat a classic costume party. Make sure your guests know that there will be prizes given out for Best Dressed, Scariest, Funniest, Most Creative, etc. While you're judging the get-ups, chow down on these witch fingers. They're better than they sound, promise.

Freaky field trip
Gather all your besties and head to the nearest haunted house or hayride. Get ready for your scream sesh with these graveyard pudding cups. You'll need the fuel to escape the zombies!
