MAKE IT CUTE

DIYs

This DIY calligraphy calendar will rock your whole year

Calligraphy is the *prettiest* form of handwriting, so why not use your skill to make ultra-cool crafts? In honor of National Handwriting Day (January 20th), we've found the cutest calligraphy calendar you can make at home! Whether you're using it to keep track of your running sched or giving it as a gift, this DIY is the perfect way to showcase your calligraphy talent all year long. Also, it's super customizable so it can go with just about anything!

What you'll need:

- Brit + Co calendar printable template
- Card stock
- Deco paint pens
- Acrylic paint
- Calligraphy pen + black ink
- Paint brush
- Painter's tape
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Paper cutter or scissors
- Paint tray

Directions:

1. Print out the calendar template on card stock.

2. Cut the calendar along the dotted line.

3. Use the ruler and painter’s tape to make a straight line along 1/5 of the calendar, at the top. Then make designs with acrylic paint or paint pens.

4. Write in the months using your calligraphy pen** and hang where you can see it every single day.
