How old were you when you had your first kiss?

Dear Curious,
Wow, let’s see. There was an early spin-the-bottle game, but I’m not sure that peck counted. There was a boy I liked in fifth grade and we hung out together—but no kisses. A boy in sixth grade tried to kiss me, but ugh—I didn’t like him. Sometime in middle school, I had a real kiss, but it wasn’t long before I realized the cutie neighbor was not my type. In 10th grade, I had a real boyfriend and a real kiss and…oops, is this Too Much Information?! Please know that my experience is just that—mine. You might have a first kiss sooner…or later. Take your time, and make sure the lips belong to a guy who cares about you.
