I play on a soccer team and my coach is very young—19. He’s cool and down-to-earth. I don’t know if I am forming a crush on him or not. I mean, I love him as a coach. I don’t know what I am feeling inside. How do I control my confused heart and mind?

Dear Coach Crush,
You might have a crush on your coach, and that is not unusual or the end of the world. Enjoy your feelings without being ashamed or tortured, but don’t act on those emotions. While it’s hard to control your mind, it’s crucial to control your actions. Of course, it’s the coach’s job to act responsibly. If he pursues girls on the team, he could get fired or even arrested.
